Workshop Participation

The free invitation covers only the Conference Participation Fee, and you will incur the cost of participation in field excursion & local exchange program (6,000 yen) and the Welcome Receptions(4,000 yen ). After the first 200 entries, each request will be registered as a "General" participation record.

Note that all online registrations are not eligible for the free invitation.
