Conference Fees(old)

Participation fee includes Registration fee, field excursion expense, reception fee

(**) Okinawa Resident's are eligible to receive a free participation invitation for the first 200 entries. You must submit a returnable postcard. The free invitation covers only the Conference Participation Fee, and you will incur the cost of participation in field excursion (2,000 yen) and receptions(4,000 yen per party/reception). After the first 200 entries, each request will be registered as a "General" participation record.

Note that all online registrations are not eligible for the free invitation.
